Exchanges & Returns
Try on your items in the comfort of your own home and if you are not completely satisfied, you have 14 days to return them to us, for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding original delivery charge).
If you would like to exchange your item or receive a credit to your account, your return delivery will be free of charge. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and may be used on any items on our store.
If you wish to receive a refund, a fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund as a contribution to the cost engendered by the return of the goods (unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf). Upon receipt and after verification of your return, the items returned will be reimbursed via the original payment method used to place your order.
If you choose not to use the prepaid return label offered by Lingerie Boutique, you are welcome to return the items by your own means. The returned articles will be fully reimbursed via the payment method used to place your original order.
To arrange a return or exchange, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and note your reason for return and whether you would like receive an exchange, voucher or refund for your item. Upon receipt of your email, you will be provided with a prepaid return label.
For returns to be accepted by Lingerie Boutique, please ensure the following:
- All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with any packaging and swing tags included.
- Garments must be returned within 14 days of their original delivery.
Returns that are deemed by Lingerie Boutique as damaged, soiled, where the protective adhesive strip is removed or the garment is altered in any way, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Briefs should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip to ensure this.
